Tulsi Boycotts Sixth Debate and Wins Anyway
December 19, 2019. Los Angeles, CA. Tulsi Gabbard was the clear winner of the Sixth Democratic Debate in spite of boycotting the debate. Trump came in second as the most promoted person of the night. Bernie did best of those on stage, seconded by Tom Steyer.
As the debate started, it was pointed out that all seven candidates on stage supported impeachment. It was Tulsi who voted “Present” during the impeachment votes. She was the only one who voted "Present" on impeachment. As those who have dissected the polls have noticed, Tulsi’s name has been omitted from recent qualifying polls. Why? Because she does not agree with the Democratic Establishment and the DNC feared the woman who was the most googled candidate of every Democratic debate this year.
Even when the question turned on the candidates of color who were not present on the debate stage, the candidates were very careful not to mention the name of the only woman of color running for President as a Democrat this year. This popular woman of color was the Voldemort of the Debate, the candidate all those on stage were afraid to mention, possibly at the risk of being censored by the hosts who have frequently promoted the wars in the Middle East and elswhere. Tulsi is the popular peace candidate whom the Military Industrial Complex wants to keep off the debate stage.
On questions centering on subjects on which Tulsi has put forth legislation, the debaters were careful not to mention her name. On the issue of climate change, it was Tulsi who had put forth the "Off Fossil Fuels Act," which goes further than the "Green New Deal" in that it bans fracking and nuclear power. Of the candidates on stage, only Bernie Sanders and Tom Steyer agreed with Tulsi Gabbard in banning fracking and nuclear power. However, they did not mention her name. Andrew Yang and Elizabeth Warren specifically spoke in favor of nuclear power and may be the most dangerous candidates running this year in view of the damage done in the United States by Fukushima. Sanders and Steyer were clear winners on the climate change issue on the debate stage and have clearly listened to the American people on this subject.
Given the Release of the Afghanistan Papers, the candidates on stage—except for Joe Biden--worked hard to reverse themselves on the subject of Afghanistan. Biden pretended he had been opposed to the war in Afghanistan. Both he and Bernie Sanders voted in favor of that war in 2001. However, Bernie Sanders hailed Barbara Lee’s vote against the war, acknowledging that both he and Biden voted for it. Barbara Lee received death threats following her lone vote against the war on Afghanistan. Tulsi has introduced legislation to get out of Afghanistan and to make our government accountable for the lies. She is the only one of the current Democratic candidates who has taken action as a result of the Afghanistan Papers.

On foreign policy, Bernie was the night's peace candidate, speaking in support of Palestinian Rights and ending the war policy. Not one of the candidates supports BDS. Joe Biden wants to put warships off the coast of China. Elizabeth Warren, who has supported the Israeli attacks on Palestine, chose not to comment on the subject.
During the debate, Pete Buttigieg took down Elizabeth Warren for her hypocrisy in her use of Wall Street donations in spite of pretending to oppose Wall Street. Bernie Sanders took down all the other candidates on stage, particularly Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg for their billionaire donors. Bernie was the only candidate on stage who has refused Wall Street donations.
Elizabeth Warren proved to be the liar of the night, first saying she would fund free college college and eliminate college debt and also fund a host of other things by taxing the 607 billionaires two cents each to pay for her plans. That is a total of twelve dollars and fourteen cents to cover the bill. Later on stage, she added in the millionaires (18.6 million people). That might cover college for one of her grandchildren but would fall far short of 1.5 trillion dollars needed just for the college debt part. In an earlier debate, she said she would tax the top one percent of the population two cents each. That would be about $60,000. There is some thought that she might have a better understanding of economics if she asked a kindergartener do the math for her campaign.
Amy Klobuchar stated she would vote for NAFTA II, which will keep the jobs south of the border and return zero jobs to the USA. Bernie was the only one who said he would vote against it, establishing him as the most pro-labor on the stage.
On stage, Amy Klobuchar pushed impeachment of Donald Trump to a greater extent than the other candidates, meaning she will be totally unelectable to most of the USA. Bernie also mentioned Trump excessively and is likely to lose to Trump if he doesn’t stop promoting Trump. Viewers know that George W. Bush was much worse than Trump and saying that Trump is the worst President in history only results in a loss of credibility for the speaker. Most of those who have been interviewed on the streets in California oppose the impeachment of Trump. California is the least pro-Trump state in the nation. Those on stage who all favored impeachment forgot to wear their “I love Michael Pence” buttons to the debate. But that is the message viewers got loud and clear.
For a glimpse of how far the DNC has gone to break its debate agreement by cheating in the qualifying polls and hiding Tulsi Gabbard, watch this video uploaded to YouTube by Niko House of the MCSC Network regarding the exclusion of Tulsi from a CNN qualifying poll. Tulsi announced she was boycotting the debate before the closing of the polling period for the debate. In most recent legitimate polls with smaller margins of error and larger sample sizes than the tiny qualifying polls with large margins of error, Tulsi has been receiving 6 to 12%.
