Amidst Calls for the Wasserman Schultz to be Fired and Prosecuted, She Agrees to Give Sanders back his Property
December 19, 2015. NGP Van, Inc., a software company, whose vice president is Aharon Wasserman, nephew to DNC Chairman and Hillary Clinton promoter Debbie Wasserman Schultz, has had multiple security breaches, brought to the DNC's attention by the Bernie Sanders campaign. During these breaches, the data of the Bernie Sanders, Martin O'Malley and Hillary Clinton campaigns were compromised and visible to the other campaigns. In the latest incident, a worker on the Sanders campaign reportedly looked at data that came onto their computer as a result of the breach. The reports indicate he did not use this data. However, he was still fired by Sanders for looking at it. Though her nephew's company had caused the breach, Wasserman Schultz confiscated the voter information belonging to the Sanders campaign stored at the DNC site--even though Sanders had paid for the access to the site and his volunteers had spent hours accumulating and storing information there. The value of this information is considered worth $600,000 per day, well above the lower limit for grand larceny--if the Justice Department determines that the actions constituted such a theft. There are also indications that numerous FEC regulations may have been violated by Wasserman Schultz. Though Sander's's data was compromised by the breach and the Clinton campaign would have had access to it during that breach and may have copied it and though Wasserman Schultz appeared to have confiscated Sanders's data on behalf of the Clinton campaign, Clinton offered no apology to Sanders. In contrast, though Sanders did nothing wrong and was not responsible for the breach, Sanders did apologize to Clinton. To observers, it appeared that if there was any fault it was caused by NGP Van, Inc. (where Wasserman Schultz's nephew Aharon Wasserman was a vice president) and that Wasserman Schultz's actions may have violated several laws and regulations.
It seems that Aharon isn't the only member conbected to Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Hillary. An article in Daily Kos reveals,
