National Guard Breaking Law as Jill Stein Upholds Treaty (VIDEOS)
September 9, 2016. Sioux Nation. After already being ordered to pay the Sioux Nation milions for past treaty violations, the U.S. Government on behalf of oil companies, is again violating the Fort Laramie Treaties of 1851 and 1868.
Upholding the law, Presidential Candidate Jill Stein and Vice Presidential Candidate Ajamu Baraka have gone to North Dakota and joined with the owners of the property against trespassers building an oil pipeline, destroying Native American sacred burial grounds and injuring the residents with dogs and pepper spray. As a result of actions against the trespassing bulldozer operation, treaty-breakers have issued an arrest warrant for Jill Stein and Ajamu Baraka. This is all pursuant to Barack Obama's treaty breaking support for a pipeline that brings to question whether Obama can ever be trusted to support U.S. Government Treaties. The Dakota Access Pipeline is being built by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (with your tax dollars) on behalf of Energy Transfer Partners.
Making the matters worse, the National Guard is being called out to trespass on the Sioux Nation property and potentially inflict even greater injuries and damage to the residents and owners of the property and their supporters. Even worse, North Dakota has become the first state to legalize the use of armed drones against civilians.
The Presidential candidate profiting the most from the horrors perpetrated upon the Standing Rock Tribe is Hillary Clinton, the number one recipient of the oil profits. Clinton continues to be a no show when it comes to human rights actions taking place in America. In discussions with the general public, the theories about why Clinton will not come to the aid of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe generally fall into three categories: (1) Clinton is only for the rich and doesn't give a darn about Native Americans, African-Americans, Latinos, other minorities, and the poor. (2) Clinton doesn't want to get in the way of the money she plans to make off the pipeline that will destroy the water supply and property of the Sioux Nation and the water supply of those living downstream. (3) Clinton is in such ill health that she is unable to risk more public exposure of her possible serious mental deficits that cast light on whether she is mentally fit to hold office as President.
In risking arrest to assist the oppressed, Jill Stein his gone further than any Presidential candidate since Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney (the 2008 Green Presidential candidate). The Honorable Congresswoman. McKinney's tried to bring boats medical to injured children in Palestine, but her boats fired upon and rammed by the Israeli Government.Ms. McKinney was held prisoner (possibly an act of war against the United States) for eight days by the Israeli Government. Now, Jill Stein is risking her safety and freedom to stand up against U.S. Government-sanctioned oil corporations trespassing upon and vandalizing sacred Sioux property. As for the burial grounds, what American would not be outraged if the graves of their mom and dad and brothers and sisters were destroyed for some corporation's economic gain?
