And the Judicial Trafficking Continues
May 20, 2025. USA.Every day in courtrooms across America, children are being given to violent rapists and abusers who have threatened to kill them. Domestic violence is the number one cause of death of women in the USA.
California is considered the judicial trafficking hub of America. But the judges are not the only problem. Attorney charge female domestic violence victims four times the size of retainers male abusers are required to pay. Attorneys often use up the women’s retainers doing next to nothing and then drop the case, leaving the women without any protection in a courtroom where the judges allow the attorneys for the males to call the women unpleasant derogatory terms. The doctors, police and other witnesses to the abuse are generally denied the ability to testify.
Family law judges rarely follow the law in California and appellate courts see such violations of the law as “judicial discretion.
Women are left with few choices, one of which is to stay and act as a human shield for their children. If they get out, judges generally, give the children and all family funds to the abusers, leaving the women without the ability to obtain medical care for their injuries, housing and food.
Is it any wonder that women’s groups are considering class action suits against state governments for this unequal justice?
